Brain Mapping

The term "Brain Mapping is often used synonomously with neurofeedback.  They are both useful in helping the brain find it's way, but technically the photo to the left is a created using a cap that creates a map of your brain waves so we can see the neuronal activity in various ways.

Neurofeedback is the act of training your brain.  It's the activity that you see in the video on the first page of this website.

If you or someone you care about has had a recent accident we highly recommend getting a brain map done so you have data on what is happening in your brain waves.  That information is very useful for recovering from a concussion, stroke or seizure disorder.  It's also handy to have if you happen to play an aggressive head bonking sport like soccer or football so you have a Baseline map of a healthy brain in case you should ever get injured.

Neurofeedback therapy is a treatment that has been shown to be helpful in a number of psychiatric and neurological disorders.

Symptoms include:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety Disorders/OCD

  • Pain

  • PTSD

  • Learning Disabilities

  • Depression

  • Addiction

  • Epilepsy

  • Over/Under Eating

  • Auto-Immune Disorders

  • Developmental Delays

  • Sleeping Issues

Clients describe after a neurofeedback session feeling clearer, calmer, lighter or brighter for a few hours after the session – a feeling varies in longevity depending on how much training is needed in a particular person.

With proper training patients often report that the new centered way of being becomes their “new normal."

We offer sessions on a sliding scale.
